Tina Gravel is an award-winning technology executive with a global reputation for driving growth through high-performing partnerships and innovative go-to-market strategies. With decades of experience in cybersecurity, cloud, and channel ecosystems, Tina has consistently delivered exceptional results—from scaling startup sales teams to leading billion-dollar revenue streams.


She currently serves as the Vice President of Global Strategic Alliances for Majesco an Insurtech SaaS firm where she works with companies such as Deloitte and PWC. Her prior roles include VP Global Head of Channels at Quantexa and SVP of Global Alliances at Appgate, where over the seven years she spent there, she built a worldwide channel team, took the indirect revenue to 60% of total bookings and became known in the industry as a cybersecurity influencer.

Tina’s leadership spans industry giants and innovators alike, including Dimension Data (now NTT), Nirvanix, and Terremark (acquired by Verizon for $1.4B). In each role, she’s demonstrated an unmatched ability to transform underperforming programs into revenue-generating engines.

She is also a frequent speaker, published author, and advocate for diversity and innovation in technology.

She also holds a leadership position on the Board of Managers for the Service Club of Chicago, and previously served on the Executive Board of the Illinois Technology Association.


Her influence extends beyond strategy and into the advancement and mentorship of women through her involvement as a founding member of Women in Alliances and her work on the Board of the Women's Leadership Forum of Channel Focus.
